The sourcing planner has evolved! In February we launched the planner that allowed roasters create their own sourcing calendar for origins they are interested in. And now it has gotten even better 🙌! Please welcome your planning tool 2.0!
With the new planning tool, you can visualise the entire coffee journey. See everything from shipping dates for coffee lots, ETAs for contracts that are afloat, and bags remaining for coffees in warehouse. Now you can stay on top of your green coffee all in one place. The planning tool can now show coffee lots, growers, origins, saved searches and contracts.
Not only that, but you can have multiple planners and toggle between them.
Want to see everything relating to one customer together? Easy!
Add their Algrano contracts, origins and producers of interests into one planner. You'll always be able to see whether you have enough coffee contracted, and when your contracted coffee is likely to land.
Want to split out sourcing and inventory management? Easy!
Create a different planner for each. Add contracts to one and coffee lots, growers, saved searches, and origins to the other.
You can always choose which of your planners you will pin to your dashboard.
And if you were already using the planning tool, you'll find your existing planner saved in 'My Planners' under your icon in the top right corner of the screen.
