Yep, you read it right! We just released the first ever live chat between coffee growers and roaster! Now the supply chain is one step shorter and faster.
So whenever you have a question about harvest, post process, altitude or the name of the dog, just ask directly. Time of calling a guy who calls a guy who calls a guy who asks the grower is over.
It is dead easy, just open the profile of the grower you want to talk to and click on the message button. That’s it.
